battery keeps dying ..i need suggestions

well my battery keeps on dying and i keep recharging it. at first i thought it was just a bad battery but i didnt have funds to buy a new one and kept charging the battery overnight. when i got the money i purchased a new duralast gold from autozone and it worked fine until today in the morning. usually it took a fully charged battery two days to discharge on this car. so i wanna know where i should start looking to see where im getting drained from.

i recently did the led swap to all my internal lights dash, overhead, shifter, hvac controls, and trunk. could this be a problem? also i have no radio but my fuse was still plugged in. all the fuses are intact but kinda old, like they look foggy on the terminals. should i replace them all with new fuses?

lemme know what you guys think i should do to keep my birdy alive

It seems like the alternator. grab a volt meter and check the voltage of the battery by itself and then check the voltage with the car running, It should have over 13v.

yea it runs like at 14 volts while running and sitting its like a lil over 12 volts. my alternators not bad since its brand new. i found one bad fuse possibly it was that?
i checked my two spots in the fuse spot and the secret fuse spot to the right of the other.
could it have been that one fuse?
is there another place i should be checking for fuses or is it those only two spots?
