Dear Members!
I have a 85 Firebird for repair.
The wiper motor cover was cracked, and did not hold the pump in place.
I got a replacement, but the replacement part has some kind of pcb inside, and my motor original casing is not.
On the pcb has a blue rotating arm.
So what is it? what will do? and how can i set the blue arm to the right direction?

That's an intermittent wiper cover.

 

The car has delay option on the multy switch. I can turn it but not step by step.
So what its mean for me? This cover is not ok?
Can you write me more detail?
