87 Trans Am, completely dead??
I need help? Is there a master fuse somewhere? I started my car this morning and it stalled after running a few minutes so I went to restart it and it stalled again, this time everything went dead. Now I have no lights or anything? I checked the battery cables and tightened them. Still nothing when you turn the key. No idiot lights or anything. I am totally stumped??

you have lost power from your battery. might be dead. tightening vcables may not fix the problem.other ideas: corrosion, burnt power wire, fusible links like sofa said.

Thanks guys for all your help. I found the problem to be a loose battery terminal at the starter. I tightened it and everything works fine now!!!
