i changed out my steering clumn in my 83 z28 to a 82 tilt column. Everything plugged in and car started but wipers will not come on fuse is good, prior to the swap they worked fine. I also put the old lever off my column on since the 82 tilt column had cuzse and the end of the lever was broke. I even tried with both levers no wipers I have limited knowledge about camaros only what i read or someone tells me. Is there a way to check the lever to see if its sends out juice or do i have to check the wiper motor. I'll hook up a toggle switch for the time being just to get it inspected and mess with the lever and wireing later but I dont even know what color the wores are for the motor. HELP PLEASE oh and my 4 ways (hazards) wont work either but can't remember if they did before the swap blinkers work fine

 

Did you find out what happened. I just changed my steering column from regular to a tilt. Everything works but my wipers. The wipers worked before I switched the columns. If you fixed yours, let me know what to do to fix mine.

 

If you still have the old column. you can change out the parts that the wiring harness plugs into but what i had to do was. on the wiper motor as you are looking at it. the plug has umm 3 wires take it off and flip it over. mine work like this but only on high for the time. you can also buy a new motor but has to be delay motor for it to work. hope that helps
