relays

on a 91 camaro there are 2 relays mounted on the drivers side firewall, one is the fuel pump relay, what is the other?

I think it maybe for the cooling fan

I have a 86 iroc z, is there a fan relay fuse and where would it be it seem like the daul are working LT1 swap thanks
