So I was replacing a slave cylinder in my 1992 350 Z28 carbed...and my friend Amanda plugged in her phone to my charger. NOW I never had issues when using MY phone with MY charger. She saw that My charger fit her phone so she plugged it in.

She was there to hold clutch in while i bled the slave cylinder to get air out etc. Sooo when she plugged her phone in which is not the same as mine....the interior light went out, door locks wont work and neither does my rear hatch button (in middle of window buttons) is there a fuse that she blew??...or did something serious break? havent gon through fuses yet..very buisy with school and two jobs. ideas?

 

bye the time it took you to post this you would of had the interior lighting fuse replaced.

 

Her phone may have had a virus on it that got passed on to your car. Stuxnet.

ACC fuse covers dome light, power mirrors and locks, hatch, horn, lighter, third brake light, and radio. Sounds like you blew it. Third row in, second from the right. 20 amp I think

 

ok thanks. the radio still works though. Granted it a aftermarket not OEM. but yeah sure enough the horn doesnt work. I use it when careless drivers cant see me.. even though Im loud and hard to miss.

 

do you know where i could get a wiring diagram from for the ACC fuse. yes i know sounds stupid but i need to know where these wires go from the fuse box and what not. thanks

the cig lighter blowing the ACC fuse is common in our cars. mine blows the fuse if i actually try to use the cig lighter. it works fine with a car charger or gps pulgged in it though.

and the radio is on its own fuse, thats why it didnt stop working.
