HEAT/AC BLOWER WONT BLOW HIGH

So heres the thing, all of a sudden my blower wont go to high, what i mean by that is, when i switch it to low and medium everything is normal but when i switch it to high its as if i switched it to off. No air comes out on high.

A few days before this problem i got rid of unused wiring under the hood. The last owner switched it from fuel injected (crossfire) to a carburetor. so i removed this wires that werent connected to anything (a few wires must have hit the engine cause they were melted.) I also took off the High speed relay, but put it right back. So thats what i did.

Yesterday however the heater did work when on high. What could have happened?

The relay controls the high speed, so I assume your issue was with that part. Perhaps lack of contact.

Re: HEAT/AC BLOWER WONT BLOW HIGH

Got it, it was my fault after all, The connection (red wire) that connects at the firwall under the center on the hood area was loose and wasnt getting a full connection. once i unplugged and replugged it back in. It worked perfect. Now im going to replace the blower to see if it will blow harder. Cause mine doesnt seem to blow very hard and takes along time to defog the windows. THANKS!
