I dont know if this is the right thread
I need help finding a hole along the fire wall i put my coil and tubing for my gauge pod(water temp and oil pressure).
Ive been taking my dash apart but cant seem to find anything cant find a hole on the engine bay side
should i drill?

Sure dude, you have our permission. Just use a proper grommet or gland, so the firewall doesn't abraid the wires/tubing or let fumes/water in.

You have a pin on hood mebbe? If so, you could use the hood cable hole.

doubt someone with a 2.5l I4 has a pin on hood. just drill a hole and use a gromit to keep from cutting into the new tubes. why are you bothering with mechanical water and oil guages when electric ones are cheap and so much easier to install.

Agreed. Not to mention what happens if that thin plastic line on the oil pressure gauge happens to break and sprays hot oil all in the car.

exactly that, you get 200* pressurized oil all over the inside of your car. theres a reason car companies stopped using mechanical gauges a LONG time ago.
