Wiring for MAT/IAT '730ecm

tomorrow i will be diagnosing the IAT circuit and i cant remember if the tan wire at F16 supplies voltage and how much. does anyone have info on this? iirc the black wire to B5 is the ground? i have a wiring diagram from here....

Re: Wiring for MAT/IAT '730ecm

so i tested the IAT itself this afternoon and its well within spec. 5V on the tan wire and did a quick continuity test on the ground and that checked out. tomorrow ill be able to get to the ecm for further analysis. what is confusing to me is that in the wiring diagram, it shows the IAT shares the same ground as the TPS. this strikes me as wrong since the ecm would use the TPS circuits leftover voltage first? not sure if it needs to be an isolated circuit. should i have the IAT ground on pin B5 by itself?

thanks!

welp, today i looked at the IAT circuit, even ran a new ground to isolate the circuit. works good, but still no readings in the datastream. so its the circuitry in the ecm thats bad or a likely glitch in the bin/adx.
