Ok so i got my car running after 7 years of being outside in the harsh seasons. so now my problem is this. my dome light is not turning on and my cigareete lighter is not working. where would i go to see where the problem is? one time i shut the door and it turned on all of a sudden, now it is now? any ideas please help, i got some accessories that need the lighter compartment.

 

CTSY fuse.

 

where would this be located? sory for the dumb questions.

 

yea most likely its the fuse. If its like my car the fuse box should be in between the steering wheel and the gas and brake pedal (like under the dash)

 

checked and i didnt see any CTSY fuse in there.

 

20amp fuse its like the third one down. if your looking at it upsidedown it would be on your right side. if it keeps blowing unplug the cigerete lighter, just went thru this with my car

 

Yeah, 20 amp fuse. If you're sitting in the driver seat, it's on the third row back from the one closest to you, second from the right

What was the problem and how did you fix it?

 

well the fuses where good but somehow it was look from the back of the fuse box so i pushed it back and right away i got energy to the dome light and cigarete lighter.
