VATS! Need Help BAD!

First off I'm a new poster to the forums but this has always been the place I relied on finding answers to my questions that others has experienced but I need help and can't find answers so hopefully someone can help.

So I was getting ready to sell my 1991 Camaro to trade up and right when I get a buyer lined up I get in my car to find it won't start (Lucky I know). Not having any knowledge of VATS at the time I checked every possible thing it could be to no avail until I got on here and read up on the subject and thought I had found the suspect (VATS Malfunction). So I decide that I'm going to do the bypass, when I go to bypass VATS I'm met with a preexisting bypass job done by the previous owner, So I ohm test the bypass and the key and they're a perfect match so it's not the bypass. It has all the symptoms of a vats problem (Starter is fine but not kicking and injectors are not spraying, fuel pump is turning on, No security light blink) BUT I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT IT IS!

I will add recently many of the not so necessary components of the car has been removed (AC Blower/Condenser/Charcoal canister/ ect) and has worked fine up until just the other day. Can anyone tell me what it could possibly be, I'm open to listen to anything, I'm just in need of some suggestions.

Thanks!

Re: VATS! Need Help BAD!

does the computer kick out any codes?
the VATS starter enable relay could be bad, or the ignition or park/neutral switches may have problems.

Try hot wiring the starter with Ign on ( out of gear ,PB on ) and see if it fires up.
If it does then problem is as mentioned above with the starter wiring / relay /switches ( or VATS output to starter enable relay)
