I dont know what it hooked up to. can someone help.

I know its a wire with a plug at the end of it. Its comeing off the back of the egr. Yes the egr sittins on top of the block, right. Vac line is in, I just don't know where the pulg this thing in to.

You are making little sense.
1st you say you have a wire with plug on it that you don't know where it goes
then you say it goes on the EGR valve??????

Sorry its from the back of the egr. It has a black pulg on the end of it, I unhooked it when I upgrade the injs. Its throwwing a code 12 on the ecu.

Sounds like the EGR temp switch , you should have a plug to match coming out of the engine harness near there

Than is not a code ; just the ECM saying it is connected and there are no codes present
