Fuse Blown

So when ever i use my unlock and lock i hear a pop and i blow a fuse..... i put in the engine myself.. .and i didnt ground many things... lazzy me.. coudent find a grounding place.. is this the reason?

Lacking a ground would not blow a fuse. Grounding a hot wire somewhere would.

also anything that should be grounded....SHOULD BE GROUNDED!!!

You’re Grounded !

We assume it’s the ACC fuse that is blowing because you failed to state.

Disconnect the left lock motor, then operate the locks.

Does the fuse still blow?

Now reconnect the left lock and disconnect the right lock motor, then operate the locks.

Does the fuse still blow?

You’re Grounded !

You can disconnect at the relay located behind the left shroud.

You should see
two tan wires at the relay.

Disconnect one at a time.

It’s not necessary at this time to know which is the left or right.
