Hey guys and gals , having a charging issue on my 89 gta. The problem I have is when I turn on the lights and im on the break the voltage drops to 11volts . Any other time it is above 13 . The alt tested fine but I put a 140 amp in anyways batt was good but replaced it just in case. New terminals ground wire and alt bat wire. The plug on alt is good as well . I'm stumped . I did notice this connector by the fire wall on passenger side was messed up looking . Any idea what it is ? And if it could cause that . Thanks for any help

Update , check voltage at bat when car was running , alittle over 14volts with lights on. Drops to low 13s with breaks , turn heat on goes to 12.86-12.9. The gauge in car reads 10 lol I have a 140amp alt so still stumped
