Turn signal very slow

Engine: 305
Transmission: Auto
Axle/Gears: Stock
Turn signal very slow

What can be the problem why my turn signals blink very slow. I replaced every bulb, cleaned all sockets,new battery. Any ideas.

Try changing the flasher relay up under the dash. $2 part might be the problem but they usually just quit instead of flashing slowly.
