110 cluster to 145 cluster

1991 stock v6 hooked up a 145mph cluster out of a 1991 z28.

Everything works fine except the RPMs are off when I start up its like at 50 60.

Is it a pretty easy to do yourself? Can you explain where and what that Tach looks like. Damn have to take it out again kind of is a pain. Thank you though for the post, appreciate it.
