Headlight motor fun..

I decided to quit procrastinating and finally rebuild them. Every single bolt snapped off and will need drilled out. And I also brilliantly lost the little ball bearing from the end of the worm drive. Any suggestions?

Not sure about the ball bearing, but here is a cheap fix that works. 3, 1/4-20 stainless hex nuts (7/16 hex) replace the plastic drive disc things that are now powder. Then drill out the broken bolt, pickup some long machine screws and nuts, 8-32 iirc? Could be 6-32 I don't remember. I used rtv for the gasket, keep in mind there is a drain or breather at the bottom so don't plug it with too much sealant.

Works great, cost me $2.00 to fix my headlights.

Sorry, Guess I should have been more clear. I meant suggestions for replacing the little bearing on the end of the drive. I already have a new bushing kit. I miraculously managed to find the little sucker though. Motors are rebuilt and ready to go back in next time I can manager to fight for a free moment.
