My lights won't flip up on my 86 TA. There is an isolation relay and 2 actuator relays. The pink wire is supposed to show 12V and it shows zero at the isolation relay and zero at both actuator relays.
I think the problem is the isolation relay (the one between the air cleaner & the passenger headlight) so I plan to start with that.
Does anyone have one they can sell me? I can't find one online. It shows part 10038949.

 

Id suggest if you have the electrical background..re wire the system with new bosch type relays.I fought with mine for some time..got the lights to flip up..but they passenger side wouldnt go down..and the foglights would stay on.I ditched the entire setups and changed to a 87+ headlight module and headlight motors.... made things simple and parts are more common.
