Hi guys so I'm having some starter problems basically here's how it went. The starter that was in the car when I bought it was doing great. Until about two months ago it started clicking multiple times and then finally stopped I took out the starter and the battery and was told the battery is good and the starter is bad. I put a new starter in and the clicking was still there but it would start. Now about a month later the new starter has stopped clicking I have warranty on my starter I just wanna fix the clicking it would take about twenty clicks. Reason I didn't solve it during that month was because I was having a issue with vats but I installed the bypass and it was working finer but Stoll clicking any help would be great. Would indicate the problem is with the car , not the starter
How good are your battery cables ( both ) to the engine?
If the full batt power can't get to the starter then the solenoid will operate ( the clicking ) but there is not
enough power to spin the starter over
Check both ends of the cables ; clean , tight, nothing broken
