Blinker stick problem

Hey guys. Hopefully you can help me out with my problem. I got an 86 camaro, and I removed the turn signal stick and as I pulled on it to remove it and it got disconnected from under the dash. I have no idea where it plugs in. It's not like my 92 which has a connector at the steering column. The 86 has a wire that goes all the way down to the bottom of the dash.

It's for the cruise. If I remember, it plugs into another loose hanging connector. It's fairly small and flat, and it's the only one even remotely like it under there so it should be easy to find.
