1989 Firebird GTA 350 ACC 20 Wiring

Hello all,
This is my first post on this site. I am a long time reader and follower. I have a 1989 GTA that I bought. When I bought the car I have had several issues. I have cleared a lot of them just doing searchs on this form. The one I am posting about I can't find my answer anywhere. Thought I would get your input.
The problem I am having is the Windows, Horn and Trunk release don't work. Now before I get the "check fuse #11 it's blown" post I have it is fine. All interior lights work, the cig lighter, power locks, mirrors and the radio all work. I have tried to replace the horn relay from my 1986 Firebird which is totalled by some idiot breaking into the car and doing a ton of wiring issues. The relay replacement has had no effect. I have checked all fuses and relays which all seem fine. When I hit the Horn I do hear a click from the relay area but that is it. When I push the trunk release I get nothing at all. Now I think this might be a seperate issues has I don't think the trunk release on top of the hatch doesn't have power so not sure if the car can tell the trunk is even closed all the way or not. Since I saw the difference in the wiring on the hatch I haven't replaced it yet due to being more worried about the horn and windows. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can check and try to see what I can do to get my horn and windows to start working? Please let me know what information I can supply to help rectify these issues.

Anyone have any ideas on what could cause the above issues? I have tried to check all wires and all wires seem to be plugged in as far as I can tell. If nothing else can someone tell me what wires should have power and what volts they should pull so I can see if maybe if wires are not getting power like they should? Any help would be a wonderful assistants. I have tinkered around more and more trying to figure out what is going on and can't find the problems myself.

A factory service manual wiring diagram will be the best help here.
The windows also have circuit breakers. IIRC
I would start by checking to see if you have power at the window motors, switches relays, breakers, trunk switches and horns then trace them back to the source..

Odd question 4 ya, has this car had a overcharging alternator at one time before these things quit on ya???

I'm not sure I bought the car after it sat for right years in a garage. When I bought it there wasn't one but I wouldn't know previously.

Check to see if you have power going to the horns. I had this issue on my DD (not a thirdgen) I would hear the relay click, and I had power to the horns, but it they wouldn't work. It wound up being 1 bad horn. The low tone horn was bad and it would drain all the power from the circuit and not let the high tone work either. I changed out the low tone horn and now they both work again. TTop350 is right though. A wiring diagram is really your best bet. You need to do some testing with a test light at least.

OK weather finally broke on a day that I could actually go out and look at the car without having anything else to do. I did go out and I check power at the window motor and switch as well as at the pink wire going into the fuse box at the relay at which point I see I have none at any point. I don't have any clue where my next step might be. Any thoughts on where I should look to see if I have a broken wire or maybe something else going on?
