Power cuts off with the use of anything

What could my problem be? One day i go to crank my car and (nothing). Not uncommon, so i check and change all the usual culprits. Here are my symptoms. If i go to crank the car i get the tick tick sound the first few trys. The last few the power kicks off as if the battery is dead and then comes right back seconds later. If i step on the brake the power cuts off, if i turn on the headlights the power cuts off. Sounds like a weak battery, but this is the second battery and both work on other cars. Any other suggestions?

I would check all battery connections for a bad connection. Make sure all connection are good at the starter and at the battery. Check the fusible links at the starter also. You have a power wire(like the main cable from the battery to the starter)that's not able to handle the load. I would also check the ground cable for a bad connection at the battery and where its bolted to on the engine. You have a high resistance problem in the wiring. Most likely in one on the 2 main battery cables.

I agree with the other guys! battery terminals first, then make sure it's fully charged....as in leave a charger on it for a few hours.
