signals and wipers quit working while fog lights on
hey i was driving around in the rain and wanted to use my fog lights. well i turned them on and i noticed my wipers getting slower and slower until the stopped work and same with my turn signals. as soon as i shut off fog lights everything was fine. works great when lights are on just not when fog lights are on. anyone have any ideas. Thanks!

Update. Now with headlights on wipers and signals dont I want to work. Maybe a flasher?

Not a flasher problem due to the fact your wipers are also slowing.
Make sure its not a battery voltage problem by using a test instrument grade voltmeter on the battery while youre having the problem.
If the voltage is OK then make sure all the associated wirings connections are clean and tight, as you are losing voltage somewhere.

Any time you have a multiple system failure with added current and they share a common ground, check it first. Chances are, the grounding strap/hardware has rusted out or corroded which is exacerbated by wet weather.
