Need help quick! Some accessories still work with key off

Need help quick! Some accessories still work with key off
When the keys are out and the ignition is off, my power windows still work and the HVAC blower stays on (if I leave it on). This started all on it's own, the only thing I had done today was take off the gauge cluster trim.
What is going on? Any help is really appreciated, this has me quite nervous.

Remove the steering column connector which contains the thick pink wire.
Does the blower still run?
