92 camaro electrical problems

Iv got a 92 camaro rs with the 305 5 speed. Everything is original to the car nothing has been swapped. In order for my headlights, my wipers, and my turn signals to work I have to have a higher amp fuse in the spot that those correlate to. I don't know what is causing that to happen but I need to figure it out before it hurts something. When I have a higher amp fuse in the wiper port it works but stays on when I have the wipers in the off position. If there isn't a higher amp fuse in ther and I just have a 10 amp in the spot it doesn't work. I believe that's the correct amp fuse for that spot. I don't remember off the top of my head. Plz help before I fry something an have to replace something important and costly.

Re: 92 camaro electrical problems

With the correct size fuse in place, are the fuses getting blown?

What is the system voltage currently, and how do the battery cables look?

With the correct fuse in place they aren't blowing the things r just not working. Nothing will work. Battery cables r still good. I do have a new set but haven't had the time to install them.
