After about 5-10 minutes of driving with my high beams on, all of my lights will start to flicker on and off. I dont see any relays that run in that circuit. Im not sure what direction to go. I've already replaced the switch.

 

Does tilting the steering column have any effect on your problem?
Do the lights flicker even if you are stopped? And with engine off?
Do you have a voltmeter? You could measure power at different points in the wiring and see where the problem is coming from.

 

no, the tilt doesnt affect anything, it'll do it regardless of stopped or driving, but it wont do it when the engines off though. when i get the chance this weekend i'll check the voltage readings.
