I.D. Please?
What are the two relays located just to the right of the brake power booster, and what do they power, I'm attempting to clean out all unnessasary wiring under my hood, this is a street vehicle not a full blown race car, so wipers, lights, washer fluid, heater controls, directional signals, etc are a must, so cleaned up not butchered is my goal, thanks in advance....

Re: I.D. Please?
One of the relays would be for the fuel pump and one for the cooling fan.
If you have a mechanical fuel pump on the block and you have bypassed/removed the electrical pump, you can eliminate the relay.
If you have a mechanical fan on the engine and removed the electric fan, you can remove the fan relay.
Hope this helps.

IIRC, the only brown wire on the engine should be for the alternator field coil excitation and the fan relay. So keep the brown wire. The wire has a fuse too so do not fear fire, the fuse will protect the wire.

Thanks again Lou, you really know your stuff, I have had the excess wiring riding around looking terrible for years now, and its time to clean up the clutter under the hood, thanks again Bro.
