HELP tranny I.D.

HELP tranny I.D.
I am trying I.D. a T5 I just picked up. I would like to know what year it is and what motor it came off of. The guy I got it from said it came from a 89 Camaro with a 350. As you know there are no 350 Camaro's that came with a T5.
The numbers on the tranny are:
13-52-066-923 R3 located under the shifter
13-52-097-917 located on the main body
There is also a circle with a 88 inside
The I.D. tag is rusted and can't be read.
