How To Clean Connections? (Question)

So, while I have my instrument panel off, I want to clean all the connections to the gauges so I can get better readings, is there any way to do this? What am I looking for and what should I use while doing this?

Re: How To Clean Connections? (Question)

I would try something like one of these:

I have just used isopropyl on a qtip with good results.

Connection Convection

Clean the connectors going to the dash.

There are 2 receptacles back there, and 2 plugs.

Happy Racing!
