just bought a true hid projector kit, two actually cause i have dual headlights, both headlights are dual beam projectors with true hids, 8000k 35w, they are housings that mount in the factory location with factory hardware so that is not an issue, now to the question.
each headlight has a ballast resistor and each pair has its own controller, as i have limited room i am wondering if anyone has ideas on where to mount the resistors (two per side), my only idea is to make a plate that mounts them next to the battery and charcoal cannister on either side right behind the headlights on the inner fender portion of the front sub frame, here is a picture of my kit,

installed and hooked up, they work great, the ballast resistors are just sitting there for now but ill figure that out later

Very nice, where did you get them and how much were they? Getting a lot darker outside should help your night vision a lot.
