alternator troubles none of the usual suspects

1988 camaro sport coupe
5.0l v8 tbi
700r4
alt three wire plug

ran through the ENTIRE harness underhood twice.

ok so the car was charging just fine until a while ago it started to charge at about 13.1 instead of 13.7 as usual and now it runs at 12.7 if im lucky im getting too close to battery voltage and I haven't a clue as to why. the starter was replaced and i checked the connections all good looked at all of my fuses and the majority were ok i had to replace a couple but they were the acc fuse and the ecm fuse how it still worked is beyond me.on the fender and the gauge cluster fuse. for the longest time the cars volt meter in dash would bounce with the turn signals and such but now the things always at 12.7 and the battery is staying just charged enough to start and run but is fighting to live. all parts recently replaced new batt 5/15/14
starter 5/20/14. new alt 5/22/14 alt was bad. problem starts 6/1/14 problem escalates 6/6/14 problem goes away as checking for it while referencing the forums. fuses 6/17/14 now car is shored up on the driveway and i'm getting irritated chasing electrical gremlins. all of you here at Third Gen are awesome and i appreciate the time you guys give to help me and i wish i could be on more but my job makes it hard. any help is as usual greatly appreciated.

if you guys run into me at any time dont be afraid to ask for a beer ill happily oblige for all the help ive been given.
