What is this connector for?

Based on the service manual, I am lead to believe this is the connector that goes to the AIR select valve solenoid.

Is this correct? The connector, as seen in the picture, is pink/blk and 2 brown wires on a 2 pin connector.

Re: What is this connector for?

I thought the black connector that looks similar is for the EGR solenoid? I was googling for the EGR solenoid pigtail, and found one with the notches in the correct orientation.

OK, this is what I found, only a 2 wire connector to AIR. Lot of searching. What side is that on; pass. or Drivers?

Re: What is this connector for?

In this case, on my car, both are on the passenger side. In fact, both the plugs (based on the service manual) are mostly on the same circuits.

Is the pigtail you have pictured listed as an AIR select valve harness? If so, where did you find it? Been looking for days and found nothing that matches. I'd like to take a closer look to see if the notches are in the same locations.

Re: What is this connector for?

I am not sure that is the correct harness. My car is carbed, so the AIR system is different. Though I am not sure if the diverter valve is different from carbed to injected.

[EDIT]

I found the one I need on the same site. It's a different part number, but the picture shows the notches are the same. I am going to order and see what happens. That site never came up in all my searching.

Thanks.
