My 92 Camaro had a major exhaust leak and one of the casualties was the EGR Valve. I have been able to find a replacement valve of the proper vintage (EGR 384), but the connector has been badly damaged. I understand that the connector is no longer made.

The local junk yards have been less than helpful when I try to get a replacement connector.

Does anyone have one, or access to one?

Unfortunately Rockguy, none of those sites has the connector. A few had the part number, but all of the major distributors say they are out of stock and what I have been able to find suggests that the connector is no longer made. I was hoping someone here might have a salvaged one or know of a salvage yard that deals enough in early 1990 GM cars to have one. I tried more than a dozen salvage yards this morning, but none of them had cars from that era, so no parts were available. Or at least that's what they all told me.

 

Hmm wow. I'm sure something will come up. Somebody has one laying around.

 

Try a swap meet if you have one local. The one by me had a couple stands with original weatherpac connectors so I grabbed one for my tps after not finding it anywhere else.
