High Beam Switch/Indicator Not Working

Evening all, I'm having some issues with my 92' RS. I bought the car a few weeks ago and have since been sorting all the things it needs to pass inspection. All that's left is my high beams.

Originally I said "screw it" and wired in a quick and dirty switch to control the high beams so I could pass inspection while I tried to fix the problem legitmately in my spare time. Apparently in North Carolina your high beam indicator in the dash needs to come on as well, as if you don't know when your high beams are on. At this point its probably better to just fix it in the stock format than trying to make my hack work.

First off I have no idea where the indicator even is, is it the smaller red light below the headlight plunger that won't come on? Is it in one of the dials?

I've done a cursory look around here and it's not an uncommon problem for the pull switch on the stalk to not work but there's never any mention of the idicator.

tl;dr: looking for suggestions for fixes to both the broken high beam pull-switch and none-functional high beam indicator.

Re: High Beam Switch/Indicator Not Working

Not sure about '92, but the high-beam indicator on my '89 is a blue light, top of speedo face. The high beam switch is in the steering column; frankly (IMHO) a pain in the **** to access and adjust. Good Luck!
