Hello everyone im kinda confused about were my turn signal breakers are.
When i turn on my signals they just dtay solid.
But when i turn on the four ways they flash.
So i figured it must be a blown signal thing.
When i went under the colum i found a panel.
But i dont see the round signal breakers.
Does an 85 z28 camaro have 2 fuse panels???

 

Just went through this on my car. Make sure all the bulbs are good before you swap the flasher, but the flasher is only like $4. Then to find the flasher you have to find the "convenience panel" On my car it was under the dash, drivers side close to the center console. You have to undo 1 or 2 screws, and flip it down, the flasher is on top of the plastic panel. If you put the new flasher in and it still doesn't blink properly that means a bulb is bad or you have a bad ground somewhere.

Like directly under the steering colum almost?
I figure the flashers were the two square silver things

 

mine was between the column and the center console. My flasher was a round silver one. I couldn't see the flasher until I had unscrewed the convenience panel and flipped it down.
