turn signal only hazards

Car: firebird 91
Engine: 350 5.7 small block
Transmission: turbo transmission
turn signal only hazards
So i have a 91 firebird and my turn signals stopped working, but when i hit the hazards they all work, everytime i try to put a fuse in it blows as soon as i touch the turn signal switch ,i tried the flasher idk what else could it be please any input???

Turn Around
Unplug the turn signal flasher.
After removing the flasher the TURN-B/U fuse still blows, check the backup lamps route.
However if after removing the flasher the TURN-B/U fuse does not blow, your problem is not in the backup lamps route.
Therefore if removing the turn signal flasher stops the TURN-B/U fuse from blowing, turn the key to OFF, install a good TURN-B/U fuse, unplug the longer of the two flattish connectors located on the right side of the steering column.
Now, if the TURN-B/U fuse no longer blows your problem is in the steering column.

How Come Some Drivers On The Street Don’t Know How To Make A Turn In One Direction Without Starting By Turning In The Opposite Direction?
