Ok so I know there are a few threads on here that deal with the vats problems with third gen camaro I've read most of them an there is so much I fo to take in that it confuses me so I'm gonna post one and try to get a little incite I'll try to keep it as simple as possible so I have a 91 camaro rs with a 350 swap I lost my last key to the ignition with the resistor so I swapped the key lock cylinder so I could have keys that didn't have the chip on it with that said I have the new cylinder installed and when I turn the key on everything comes on including the heating and ac fan but the car will not turn over now comes the question I found a product on summitracing called painless performance vats computer chips and I'm wondering if this product will fix my problem or am I still gonna have to go under the dash and do a bypass and put the resistors in thanks in advance
