Radio will not turn on (Clock works but nothing else)
Hello, wondering if anyone could help me with this, the clock always works, turning on the radio used to work but now pressing the power button simply does nothing. I checked that all wires are properly plugged in on the back of the radio, should I pull it out and check wires with multimeter?

Is it possible that its just the radio it's self? Im wanting to buy a deck along with an amp and subs but I want to eliminate this problem first because I dont wsnt to be wasting money if it wont work

Radio-active
Using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) find which wire has no power.
If it’s the orange wire the problem is the ARC fuse, or associated wiring.
If it’s the yellow wire the problem is the RADIO fuse, or associated wiring.
If you find power on those wires then it’s probably time for that upgrade.

The Steering Turns Real Easy When The Car Is On The Roof
If it’s the orange wire the problem is the ARC fuse, or associated wiring.
If it’s the yellow wire the problem is the RADIO fuse, or associated wiring.
If you find power on those wires then it’s probably time for that upgrade.

Clock runs on ORANGE, Radio runs on YELLOW. Check the YELLOW for voltage and check for good ground ( BLACK wire).

Radio toast!
Hit up the parts yards for a Delco am/fm/cd with equalizer! Usually less than $100
Or get what aftermarket stuff u like!
