Car: 1986 Camaro IROC-Z

Engine: 350 swap

Transmission: manual

defogger

Hi all, once again. I have a problem. My rear defogger switch light is on contantly even when I try to click it off. The only time I am able switch it off is when the car is running. But, after about 10 seconds, it will come on again. Is this a switch problem?
