dome light and radio are not working

made some progress on the radio harness today. I now connected the radio harness to the stock wiring with wire nuts. all connections are good. My radio power button will light up, but when the power button is pressed, nothing happens, it doesnt turn on. I would guess it was the radio, but now the dome lights arent working either. They were working fine previously before the new wiring began. Checked all the fuses and none are blown or missing. any help? thanks in advance!

Is it the stock radio?

(More info is needed to diagnose.)

Dome Light:

Check for power on both sides of the ACC FUSE.

Is there power?

If yes, remove that fuse and Dome Bulb, then use an ohmmeter to trace the
orange wire from the fuse output to the dome light.

Is there continuity?

If yes, open both doors and turn the dome light switch to the ON position.

Use the ohmmeter and connect one probe to ground.

Connect the other probe to the other contact
White wire on the Bulb Socket.

Is there continuity?

Happy Racing !
