No power

1985 z28
I have no power, no lights no accessories, turn the key nothing.
Battery is new starter is good. Drove to work one day and went to start it again and nothing. I've been going through wiring diagrams and testing wires and I think it's the fuseable link between starter and ignition but not sure of where it is. If anyone else has come across this, I would appreciate the help
