Mysterious No Starter. HELP!

Ok, so here's my dillemma. I'm about to leave to work (5 minutes from now) so i'll make this quick. I didn't have time to check anything out, but I just wanted to be able to come home this morning and have a few answers posted
Ok, so I tried starting my car, and it won't start. Nothing at all happens. All my lights come on and all, but nothing clicks. I know it's electrical, but i'm not sure exactly what. I think it might be my VATS, cuz my key is starting to look old, and I was supposed to get a duplicate last week, but forgot, and this would be just my luck. Also, I just recently installed a GRANT steering wheel, and did not ground the horn. Could that be it? It might be something as simple as a blown fuse, but my car is parked on the right side of the street, and it's rush hour right now, so I can't look at the fuse box, lest I want my butt and door taken off by traffic. Any guesses would be appreciated!

If it helps, the car has never had a starting problem before, the battery is always properly charged, and I drove it with no problems earlier today. However, it was the first time I drove it in 3 days.

Jon

Try the starter relay down by your feet near the junction panel. I think it costs nearly $20 but you really don't have a choice. I got my relay from GM, but who knows, maybe you can find one cheaper somewhere else.
