Modifying brake lights

89 GTA

Has anyone ever considered changing the wiring for the rear taillights so that all 3 lights get brighter when braking? Factory setup is only the inner and middle light get brighter. If so how did you do it?

Re: Modifying brake lights

You just need to get the dual filament socket like the others have and the bulb. Wire up the extra wire to the brake light wire that is used on the others. Nothing hard.
