gettin no power too blinker...help

hi okay ive gooten all my blinkers to work excupt the back right. its as if im not gettin any power to it. ive checked the ground and its good ( i hope so ). but like if im not gettin power how would i go on gettin power to that. i need to fix it.

Axle/Gears: Moser 9", Detroit Locker, 3.70
If the front right turn signal is working, and there is no (on & off) voltage at the green (right turn) wire at the rear of the car, then with the right turn signal on, check the green wire coming out of the steering column turn signal switch. If there is no (on & off) voltage there when the right turn signal is on, then the problem is in the turn / 4 way switch in the column.
