1986 firebird Head lights wont move

Car: 1986 Pontiac firebird
Engine: 2.8 v6
1986 firebird Head lights wont move
The head light motor will spin when I flip them on and the lights come on but they wont move and manually turning it doesn't nothing. I would like to be able to drive at night since I get off when its pitch black out

The gears inside the motor have crumbled to pieces.

Yeah I took it apart and it just dumped dust everywhere. I taped up the metal piece that sits inside the plastic and a temporary fix and so far it's worked
