Won't start in neutral

Transmission: auto
Won't start in neutral
Z28 won't start in neutral- I assume it's a wiring issue? Suggestions and photos of how to troubleshoot the problem?

If it starts in P but not N, and in no other gears, then it's either the adjustment of the safety switch, or the switch itself is bad.
