5.0 H.O. Timing

I have a 1989 s10 4x4 I v8 swapped from a 1984 camaro H.O. computer controlled carb and all, distributor went out and I replaced with a standard hei distributor for time being. Anyways the problem is I have a new computer controlled distributor and don't know the process of timing one of these. Any help would be appreciated. I posted a picture of the distributor below P.S I have a 350 swapped third gen so I can be here haha

On the icm wires in the loom there should be a est wire.
A single weatherpak connector with a tan/black stripe on it.
