1989 GTA both headlights stuck in up position

Hi All - Both my headlights are stuck in the up position. They worked fine before. When I turn lights off and on I hear the headlight control module (I presume, mounted on firewall near master cyl) click, followed by two more clicks. At that time I see a momentary voltage jump at the light motors. (split second)
Under dash fuses are OK.

The factory shop manual I have doesn't address the flip up mechanism.Any idea where to go next with this?

It's in the book. Look in the electrical section. You'll have one diagram for the actual lights (bulbs) and another for the doors/module, etc.

Thanks. Just what I was looking for. I didn’t realize they were referred to as “Doors”
