Looks like the Oil Pressure and (possibly?) the AC signal wires,... IIRC there was a 2-wire connector from the ECM harness to the ENGINE harness on the from 85-87 TPI cars and this looks like that connection.

What is the black piece called?
Go to the junkyard, take whatever thing that one is supposed to plug into with you, find one in a junk car that plugs into it, cut it off, take it home and splice it onto your car's wires with solder and heat shrink tubing. (NOT crimp splices, NOT electrical tape, etc.)
