1989 rs305 no power to fuel pump

I have searched this forum and I know there is many of these post on here.I have read and reread them and still cant pinpoint this problem.Car will start with starting fluid, but fuel pump will not come on. I unplugged it from the rear harness and it does work.I have power to relay and to fuse and to oil switch but its not getting back to fuel pump.Replaced relay, cause its cheap and I hear it click, but still no fuel pump
I believe its the tan and white wire through the harness on drivers side, put 12 volts to that wire and still nothing.Maybe as simple as a ground, but I need a schematic on the wiring,,any thoughts Thanks

I am curious on this one too. I just picked up a car, and the previous owner bypassed the oil switch altogether and ran direct power to the fuel pump from a toggle switch on the dash....
